From helping at the merch table to welcoming guests at the info tent, supporting festival operations, and more—you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable day. Plus, all volunteers receive a free festival t-shirt as a thank-you.

We’re grateful to welcome the Independence Blue Cross Blue Crew to this year’s Main Line Music Festival! Their dedicated team of employee volunteers will be on site helping us throughout the day — from welcoming guests to assisting with logistics — making sure the festival runs smoothly for everyone.

Setup prior to the noon start and tear down/clean up after 6pm. Includes preparations for vendors to find and stock their locations, distribute programs, help vendors with locations to park their vehicles, put up banners to identify information and hospitality tents, put out signs and poster of days event and schedule, etc.

Comments
• Handles questions about performances, directions, locations, volunteer check in and assignments, handout Fest programs, T Shirt and poster sales, and other catch all tasks. There is a good amount of activity in these booths.
Trash and Recycling

trash bags and recycling – deliver to dumpster or designated collection area
