Become a Vendor at the Main Line Music Festival

It’s easy. All you have to do is fill out the online form below and click on the button to pay. All contact info is required, if missing, the registration cannot be finalized. 

Once registered, detailed set-up instructions will be sent to you via email in September so please make sure that you include the correct email on the form.  Those instructions will include where your tent is located, set-up time, where to park after unloading, etc.

2024 Vendor Registration

  1. We provide a tent space, table, and two chairs / $200
  2. You provide your own 10 x 10 tent (no larger), table, and chairs / $135
  3. Food Trucks and vans requiring two spaces / $250.00
  • Vendor set up begins Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from 9:30am and take down is at 6:00pm.
  • FOOD VENDORS! Please Apply for Chester County Temporary Food License
  • All Vendors are also required to provide proof of event liability insurance along with your application.
  • NOTE: There is no electricity available.
