We’re excited to welcome a diverse group of vendors to this year’s Main Line Music Festival!
Please note that all vendors must submit an application for approval before participating. This helps us ensure a well-curated experience for all attendees.
🚫 Important Update: Vendors representing or promoting any political affiliation, organization, or campaign will not be welcome at the festival. This has proven to be a poor fit with what is a family and friends event.
All contact information is required — incomplete applications will not be processed.
Once your application is approved, you will receive detailed set-up instructions via email in September. These will include your tent location, set-up time, parking info, and more — so please be sure to enter your correct email address.

We welcome makers, artists, retailers, and community organizations to join us as vendors at the Main Line Music Festival!
You have two vendor options to choose from:
🎪 Full Setup Provided – $200
We provide a 10' x 10' tent space, one table, and two chairs — just bring your products and your smile!
🛠️ Bring Your Own Setup – $135Prefer to use your own gear? You’re welcome to bring your own 10' x 10' tent (no larger), table, and chairs. We’ll have your space ready for you.
All vendors must submit an application for approval. Once approved, we’ll email detailed setup instructions in September, including your space assignment, load-in/load-out times, parking, and more.
We can’t wait to see what you bring to the festival!
Food and beverage vendors play a key role in creating the festival experience — and we’re thrilled to have you join us!
🍽️ Suggested Vendor Contribution:
While not required, we kindly encourage all food and drink vendors to consider donating a percentage of their gross sales from the event to help support the Main Line Music Festival and our 2025 beneficiary, the Veterans Brotherhood. Your generosity helps us keep this event free and open to the public, and contributes to the success of our shared community celebration.
💲 Upfront Fee:
To reserve your vendor space, a $275 fee is due upon approval of your application. This fee is separate from any optional contribution, which can be submitted after the event.
After the festival, vendors will receive a short follow-up with instructions on how to share their contribution, should they choose to participate.
